
Office Space Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution, requiring the ability to prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange and lead site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our presence in the market, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sales & Client Engagement
- • Prospecting and connecting with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking
- • Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable office space options
- • Coordinating and conducting property visits with clients
- • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- • Developing strong relations with operators to ensure priority access to inventory
- • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Strategy & Business Growth
- • Working with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger market presence
- • Suggesting ideas and directions for digital marketing campaigns
- • Recommending sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates
- • Contributing to team expansion strategies, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations

We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth
