We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

About the Role

">
  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards (especially in banking projects).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • ~5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • ~ Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • ~ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • ~ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • ~ Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
