As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the certification process of various facilities against key industry standards. This includes identifying gaps and non-compliances, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage compliance requirements through awareness initiatives and regular interactions with various stakeholders.

This role requires a proactive approach to promoting a risk-aware culture throughout the organization. The Senior Manager will assist in scoping and developing a schedule of activities for regular monitoring, perform risk assessments based on established methodologies, and work with stakeholders to develop remediation plans for identified risks.

To achieve success in this position, you will need to adhere to a defined escalation matrix to manage identified risks, coordinate and facilitate third-party audits, stay informed about the latest information security trends and threat landscapes, and keep management informed of critical issues that may impact customers, suppliers, or the company.
