Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Content and Community Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication with users, leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to scale daily active users on the app.

  • The primary point of contact for users, handling day-to-day interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Implement strategies for the upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators, ensuring their long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem, driving matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices, utilizing this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management, specifically targeting Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • A strong understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • The ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
