Job Description:Position: Price Book Coordinator

This role involves managing pricebooks in PDI, setting up new vendors, updating product information, and creating promotions for stores. You will also troubleshoot store issues and provide pricebook support.

  • Inputs and maintains item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook
  • Updates pricing and promotional activity from multiple vendors in Pricebook
  • Maintains and cleans up Pricebook data; ensures regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items

The ideal candidate should have experience with PDI/Price Book, Marketing, and/or accounting. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn store applications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve problems on the first call
  • Escalate calls as needed
  • Respond to all calls, emails, and personnel requests within the same day
  • Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The ability to interact professionally at all levels and be self-motivated is a must.
