Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

Deliver exceptional quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and perform thorough inspection and testing of deliverables to confirm conformance to specifications.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure timely closure in accordance with guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to maintain industry best practices and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement projects that enhance product quality and customer experience.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, including internal reporting and audits, to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and exploration to stay up-to-date on new solutions, technologies, and skills relevant to the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related domain.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control, and defect management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance is an asset.
