Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

  • The primary role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to conduct thorough audits and assessments, evaluating the quality of performance and adherence to established policies and standards.
  • They are responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound calls and emails to evaluate representatives' demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Call Monitoring and Feedbacks as per Service Level Agreement or internally defined targets.
  • Provide trend data to the concerned team and understand process/function goals to help achieve them.
  • Conduct Calibration Sessions and initiate Action Plans for reducing Variance.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • Multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Evaluate and ensure Adherence to Process Quality SLA's.
  • Coordinate with clients on process-related issues & updates.
  • Communicate effectively, negotiate, and present arguments by taking others' perspectives into account.
  • Listen and clearly present information.
  • Demonstrate expertise in functional knowledge and apply it in aligned projects.

Requirements:

  • More than 1+ year of experience in collections process.
  • Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience.
  • Self-motivation and self-starting attitude.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Frequent follow-ups to ensure implemented plans address issues and problems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and sense of urgency.
  • Adapt well to change and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in fast-paced team environment.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
