Project Lead for AI Workflow Automation

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end automation of sales and marketing workflows. Your role combines project management, client communication, and a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage automated sales and marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Guide interns in setting up workflow automation systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration of tools via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data pipeline quality for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
