Job Summary:

This role involves designing, developing and deploying cutting-edge AI and ML-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Automation Solution Development: Develop automation solutions using AI and ML algorithms to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Design, develop and deploy AI and ML-based systems and conversational interfaces. Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications. Integrate AI-driven automation tools with existing systems and workflows.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies by conducting research. Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve the capabilities of conversational interfaces. Explore innovative ways to leverage AI and ML for automating complex tasks. Share findings and contribute to the AI/ML community through papers, presentations and conferences.
  • Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for automating business processes using AI and ML. Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention. Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Integration and Management: Integrate AI and ML solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications. Ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven automation tools across various functions and business units. Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions with other software systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, focusing on AI and ML algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP and Azure.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
