Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI Automation Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing marketing automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.

You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to build tools that streamline processes, improve productivity, and unlock creative automation with GenAI. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing marketing automation workflows
  • Integrating external APIs and SDKs to build custom tools tailored to marketing needs
  • Using Airtable as a dynamic backend for managing data, assets, and creative project flows
  • Rapidly prototyping and testing no-code/low-code MVPs, iterating based on team feedback
  • Leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., GPTs, image/video/audio models) to automate content creation and campaign assets
  • Collaborating with designers to build clean, effective front-ends using tools like Galileo, Uizard, or Figma AI plugins
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of all systems, workflows, and an evolving Prompt Library to support the marketing team

Required skills and qualifications include:

Key Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and automation scripting
  • Familiarity with Airtable (or similar no-code databases)
  • Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Ability to design quick MVPs using no-code/low-code platforms
  • Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and AI-enhanced tools
