Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  2. Design and deploy ML/DL models for predictive analytics, customer insights, and process optimization.
  3. Perform statistical analysis and build data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
  4. Develop dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Data Science Core:
  1. Advanced statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  2. Expertise in machine learning & deep learning (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, NLP).
  3. Strong data preparation and feature engineering skills.
  4. Programming: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
  • Generative AI:
  1. Recent hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  2. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Frameworks & Tools:
  1. Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  2. Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP exposure a plus.
  3. MLOps: Knowledge of model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API deployment.
  • Data Visualization:
  1. Experience with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau.
