Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in Oracle PCS development, workflow automation, and integration cloud services.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in the areas of process design, configuration, and optimization. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering scalable applications that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle PCS workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Develop custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS to support process workflows.
  • Integrate PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications via OIC integrations.
  • Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database interaction for process execution.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PCS and PL/SQL components for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with security and integration standards across all PCS and PL/SQL implementations.
  • Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, PCS, and VBCS.
  • Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS integrations.
  • BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
