**Job Description**

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to spearhead full-stack development, design scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

As a senior architect, you will oversee backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications that meet business objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will take ownership of system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services, while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations and data exchange through APIs, EDI, and webhooks
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote best practices
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Laravel, Java
  • ReactJS, Node.js
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)
  • Cloud platforms, especially AWS
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients
