Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our food and beverage department. This includes managing all aspects of guest service, from food preparation to beverage service.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests, while also driving sales growth and increasing revenue. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement plans that meet our business objectives.

You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of guest service, including food preparation and beverage service
  • Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue
