About the Role

As a product marketing manager, you'll play a crucial role in solving problems for our customers to deliver value for them and help build a sustainable business for DMI Finance.

This role will cover the overall vision and execution of the brand and product awareness, engagement, purchase, and retention for existing and potential users of the DMI Finance products across the lifecycle. This would focus on products in the D2C initiative, such as the DMI mobile app, website, WhatsApp, and Zest platforms.

Your Responsibilities

You will define, build, and execute on the product roadmap through cross-functional execution and collaboration. Set well-defined metrics and key results to track the performance of various initiatives for these platforms.

Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, customer service teams, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders in solutioning and prioritizing these concepts and programs.

Experimentation to drive outcomes: Carry out small experiments and iterate solutions thereby creating business impact.

Customer Insights and Analytics

You will gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.

Determine customers' needs and desires by speaking with customers and conducting research needed to obtain market information.

Collect and analyze feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.

Speak to customers regularly for new and existing needs.

Product Analytics / Research

You will form and test hypothesis using data from built-in analytics, funnels, database & other sources.

Conduct market research and develop insights into user behavior especially around user needs to improve existing products.

Track product adoption, funnel conversions, A/B tests, and optimize them to achieve business and product objectives.

Work Experience

You have 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

Has launched and grown exceptional products in the consumer space in India with minimum 1 million users.

Experience from Financial service companies – fintech, banks, NBFC or B2C companies is mandatory.

Good understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand Marketing.

A creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and user-centric design. Understanding of user-centered design principles, agile principles, and methodologies.

Have a good understanding of Statistics, proficiency of using data (at scale) and understands how Tech platforms function for a large-scale business.

Solid knowledge of SQL, Mobile Apps, SEP, and UX/UI.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
