Job Title: Workday Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to fill a key role in our workforce management team.

About the Role
  • You will play a pivotal part in configuration and support of our Workday HCM system, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules.
  • Your expertise will involve working closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement configuration changes, develop reports, and support testing and deployment activities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet compliance requirements.
  • Conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and ensure smooth deployment of changes, minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Assist in ongoing system maintenance, including configuration updates, security, and data governance practices that align with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields, to create informative and actionable reports.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues efficiently, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday, with a focus on quality and reliability.
