Key Role: Beauty Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive business growth and excellence in the beauty department. As a Beauty Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns promptly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries while maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the beauty team to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a leadership role with at least 2 years in a beauty or aesthetics department.
  • Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/BDS + Cosmo.
  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
