Job Title: ServiceNow SPM

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the ITSM/ITOM department, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on our core modules using best practices.

Your primary role will involve partnering with our Business Analyst to understand client requirements and possible solutions. You will take ownership of complex business needs and work them through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and improving core and custom applications, as well as maintaining workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL and business rules.

You will work closely with our functional team and external development partners to build requested items. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and maintaining notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script includes and Formatters.

You will develop reports and dashboards using core ServiceNow functionality, load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with both non-technical and technical audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and improve core and custom applications
  • Maintain workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL and business rules
  • Work closely with the functional team and external development partners
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Loading, manipulating and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Service Portal, UI Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Data Separation and Domain Separation
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ITIL principles, investment funding, resource management and financial planning
