As a Senior ServiceNow developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. You will design, develop, and implement applications to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ years on the platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent scripting skills.
  • Strong expertise in the CSM implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including Configuration Workspace, Workflow Editor, Form Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, and GenAI.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and technologies.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of service management principles and ITIL framework.
