Job Title: ServiceNow OTM Solution Expert

Role Overview

LTIMindtree is hiring a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to work on enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments. The ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and strong knowledge of networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) in ServiceNow.
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document technical details and prepare training material for projects.
  • Implement the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and develop training materials.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Ability to script automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, and other tools.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
