**Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum**
We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 9 years of experience in managing luxury residential projects from design to end construction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture, proficiency in Auto-CAD, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, in-house design teams, and external consultants to ensure high-quality design and construction documents. Strong project management skills, including team handling, problem-solving, and coordination with MEP and structure consultants, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project cycle from client coordination to preparation of high-quality construction documents.
- Lead a team of project architects and assign tasks efficiently for timely completion of construction documents.
