About the Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Gruve. As a Business Growth Ambassador, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and engage with them through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable services.
  • Sales Support: Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide them with detailed information about prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Market Research: Utilize different tools to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and internal teams.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
