About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to enhance the image of LetsDressUp and create strong connections with our customers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of LetsDressUp, engaging directly with customers and promoting the brand's values, products, and mission.
  • Community Building: Develop and grow our exclusive community by sharing updates, content, and interacting with members to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Content Creation and Updates: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and community groups to keep customers informed and excited about our products.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect customer feedback on their experience, products, and suggestions, and share insights with relevant teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships, including personalized communication, exclusive offers, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and nurture loyal customers to become brand ambassadors who actively promote LDU within their networks and online communities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer interactions and feedback to create actionable reports on trends, concerns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactive Outreach: Engage with customers to address concerns, share updates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Customer Experience Management: Interact with customers across channels to gather insights, address queries effectively, and enhance their overall experience with the brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, brand management, or marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric and brand-focused mindset.
  • Creativity in developing community and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management and CRM tools.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of women's fashion trends and preferences.
