
IT Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
- Translating client goals to delivery plans; ensuring SLA adherence and quality
- Managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand; improving time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging risks and driving resolutions
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
- Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
