Job Title: Cloud HR and Benefits Specialist

Role Overview:

The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for collecting client requirements, configuring cloud solutions, delivering training programs, and serving as a liaison throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect client and stakeholder requirements.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs.
  • Act as a liaison with clients during the implementation process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM functional roles and overall 8+ years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant.
  • Experience working on all project phases, including demos/workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validation, transition, realization, production support, etc.
  • Strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to manage scope and customer expectations.
