Benefits Implementation Specialists play a vital role in leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM's Benefits module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement the Benefits module based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Perform thorough system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop detailed documentation, training materials, and support resources for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies by staying up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations to drive long-term success.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module, is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration is necessary for success.
  • The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions is crucial for effective communication and project management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are required to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Oracle certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
