About the Role

 

We seek a talented data professional to drive innovation through data-driven insights. This role is focused on building and deploying machine learning models that enable product recommendations and unlock customer insights driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Learning Model Development: Design and deploy ML models for product recommendations and personalization using Python, PyTorch, or other frameworks.
  • Data Modeling: Implement data models with SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets for effective decision-making.
  • Customer Segmentation & Forecasting: Develop use cases to enhance decision-making through customer segmentation and forecasting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and data teams to translate business problems into actionable data solutions.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building.
  • Insight Communication: Communicate complex insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows.
  • Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems).
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks).
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Background:
  • 1–3 years of applied experience in Data Science / ML.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce (essential).
  • Exposure to AWS or other cloud ML platforms is desirable.
