Data Innovator

Delta System Software Inc is seeking a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Analysis, preferably with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in data science with 5+ years of experience using Python.
- Proven expertise in the Asset and Wealth Management industry, including portfolio management, compliance, AML, KYC, client onboarding, and investment advisory.
- Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and others.
- A solid understanding of AI concepts like NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
- The ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebooks.
- Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and ML.
