Your Role

You will be part of our team responsible for training Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Train LLMs using Japanese language data.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality human and synthetic data to improve model performance.
  • Work with our platform to match and manage talent, generate data, and accelerate workflows.
  • Break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and ability to model real-world assistant behavior.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
