At Unacademy, we're seeking a skilled Mandarin content creator to join our Chinese Content division.

This role offers an opportunity to craft engaging educational content and lead a small team. The ideal candidate will possess strong command of both Mandarin Chinese and English, along with background in language education and ability to foster creative learning environment that motivates users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Mandarin language learning content for the US market.
  • Collaborate with Content Head and other team members to ensure cohesive curriculum that aligns with broader language learning program.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement, monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention.
  • Stay updated on current trends in language education, applying fresh ideas to maintain user curiosity.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging content for language learning within digital platforms.
  • Leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, Linguistics, or related field is preferred.
