Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex data sets, geo-strategic plans, funding dynamics, and donor interactions to inform business strategies.
  • Work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments and complex consulting projects with global exposure.
  • Develop exceptional customer-facing skills, build strong client relationships, and deliver high-quality consulting engagements.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience analyzing macroeconomic and geopolitical data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a commitment to quality client services.
  • Self-motivated, high-performance achiever, with the ability to lead project tasks and deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Passionate about working in diverse, fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, with excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to practice active listening and empathy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Advanced Degrees (Master's or PhD).
  • Economics (with a focus on macroeconomics or international economics).
  • Development Studies or Public Policy or Social Sciences – with emphasis on donor funding and international cooperation.
