Transformation Resource

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and transform source risk files (HA, xFMEA, UTAs) per MDCP into WRR-importable formats.
  • Ensure contextual alignment between source and target data structures.
  • Collaborate with MDCP SMEs to validate transformation logic and assumptions.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen to understand the purpose and implications of risk data.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Macros and Python scripting
  • SQL databases
  • Windchill Platform (WRR module)
  • Proficient in resolving and communicating discrepancies.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to translate technical data into business-relevant insights.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality implications of risk documentation.
  • Good understanding of ETL principles.
  • Collaboration across various teams.
