Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team on board Celebrity Cruises. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our guests and crew members.
  • Work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dishes and menu items.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP and allergen management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
