We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to spearhead and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders from various departments to ensure that the solution is optimal and aligned with business requirements.">
  • Participate in technical discussions and present informed, data-driven arguments to client stakeholders.">
  • Effectively communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, key performance indicators, and processes.">
  • Communicate project status and structure across the project management team and relevant departments.">
  • Ensure that projects remain on track to meet deadlines.">
  • Identify potential problems and propose alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.">
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.">
  • Conduct project reviews according to established processes.">
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.">
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.">
  • Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively.">
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.">

  • Proven expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.">
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure the right solution is delivered.">
  • Strong ability to engage meaningfully with highly technical stakeholders.">
  • Ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in two or more areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management will be an added advantage.">
  • Understanding of all allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards etc.">
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.">
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.">
