As a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer), you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly desirable.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
