Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our technology projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, processes, and technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach, emphasizing user experience and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development, cloud platforms (AWS), and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on meeting stakeholder expectations and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in technology.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading tools, frameworks, and best practices, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or Scrum certification.
  • Experience working with cloud-based services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Background in retail systems, development, and delivery, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
