Lead AI Technology Strategy

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our AI technology strategy and shape the future of our platform.

As a core member of our team, you will develop and oversee the implementation of our technology stack, ensuring scalability and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven products or software products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and optimize a robust tech stack to support company growth and product needs.
  • Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of technology.
  • Implement systems for tracking technical performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
