Programme Leader in AI Innovation

The Programme Leader in AI Innovation will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of executive education programmes in Generative AI.

  • Deliver live sessions on advanced topics such as transformer architectures, diffusion models, multimodal models, and more.
  • Mentor participants on their capstone projects, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with programme standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
  • Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, diffusion models, or text-to-image systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is a MUST.
  • A postgraduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is desirable.
