Lead Creative Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a senior creative professional with a strong background in copywriting to lead the development of impactful advertising campaigns and creative strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Director to conceptualize innovative marketing ideas and advertising campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and data to ensure the creative output remains relevant and effective
  • Make final decisions on copy, art, and commercial content
  • Support new business pitches and creative presentations
  • Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across media formats
  • Guide and mentor the creative team to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in both the creative and business sides of advertising
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in art and copy roles
  • Strong process orientation with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven client relationship management abilities
  • Strong team and people management capabilities
