Job Opportunity

Dentsu Creative is seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of compelling copy for various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short-form & long-form copy for brand engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for diverse audiences.
  • Craft creative and persuasive copy for ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Contribute ideas for digital media clients during brainstorming sessions.
  • Work with the social media team to develop content strategies and content calendars for social media clients.
  • Partner with Art Supervisors to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop the copywriting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while delivering award-worthy work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director in the mainline marketing industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse ATL campaigns.
  • Able to integrate digital concepts into traditional advertising.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling and results-driven copy.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms in the digital marketing space.
