Job Description

The Data Center Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations. This includes managing day-to-day activities, critical situations, and ensuring uptime to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Shift team and ensure all planned and unplanned activities are executed on time with good communication.
  2. Track all complaints and close them within SLA deviation.
  3. Incident management and RCA with closer of RCA recommendation on time with periodic review of RCA.
  4. Asset management - warranty - AMC - lifecycle - capacity management.
  5. 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment's.
  6. Vendor management with RAT and TAT on complaints and ensure the uptime of redundant equipment's too.
  7. Track and maintain records for all stocks as per BCP requirement.
  8. Coordinating with all CE Team for customer-related queries and submitting reports on time.
  9. Maintaining all compliance 100% with track of periodic tracker.
  10. Maintaining and adhering physical security process.
  11. Preparation of risk assessment and period validations and updates based on incidents and RCA.
  12. Updating all inventories up to date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly basis with customer details on rack inventory.
  13. Submitting all reports on time with agreed timeline.
  14. All audit and compliance should be 100%
Required Skills and Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

Working Experience: At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience.

Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree, Proven relevant work experience in Data Center Industry, Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in data center Infrastructure, Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
