
National Wholesale Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced National Wholesale Manager to spearhead our retail wholesale business in the Delhi region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive wholesale strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key wholesale partners and distributors
- Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion
- Lead, mentor and motivate the wholesale sales team to achieve exceptional performance
- Analyze sales data to track performance and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in wholesale operations
- Prepare and present reports on wholesale performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in retail apparel/lifestyle/jewellery sectors
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Results-driven approach with a focus on driving business growth
