Our business analysis team is looking for a talented professional to fill a key role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry, with a strong background in policy administration solutions. They should also be familiar with agile methodologies and have hands-on experience writing business requirements, functional requirements, or user stories.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitor the ticketing system

Analyze incidents and requests from end-users

Identify and resolve application issues

Provide support to workflows and expert knowledge on all workflow designs

Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations

Lead review sessions for completed business/functional requirements

Build strong relationships within the business units and support functions

Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise

Ensure proposed solutions are focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes

Required skills and qualifications include:

· Years of business analysis experience in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry

· Experience with GuideWire Policy Center is preferred

· Experience with integration to external systems

· Strong experience with policy administration solutions

· Experienced with iterative and agile methodologies

· Hands-on experience writing business requirements, functional requirements or user stories, business process diagrams, and data rules
