  • About This Role:","
  • Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems (cooling towers, compressors, pump houses, ETP & STP etc.).","
  • Oversee utility system operations to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.","
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.","
  • Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and resolve issues promptly.","
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity.","
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.","
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements.","
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.","
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.","
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance.","
  • Knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices.","
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.","
  • Ability to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies.
