About Us

We're seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our housekeeping and cleaning operations across a large corporate campus. This is a key role that involves managing a substantial team, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout high-traffic office environments.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive strategies for housekeeping services that align with overall corporate objectives. They'll establish performance metrics to measure and continuously improve cleaning quality, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

  • Develop a data-driven approach to optimize housekeeping services, leveraging technology and industry best practices.
  • Implement standardized cleaning protocols, procedures, and quality standards for all workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and pantries.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large team of housekeeping staff, supervisors, and vendors, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs covering best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Create and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations related to commercial facilities.
  • Implement infection prevention and control measures to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cleaning schedules, inspections, and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large corporate environment.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
