Job Description:

This role entails driving revenue growth in the landlord representation vertical by leveraging business leads and acting as a domain expert with strong client interface skills.

  • Develop and execute real estate strategies to meet key accounts, new accounts, and repeat business targets, aligning with clients' strategic real estate goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate projects, define scope, identify client needs, set objectives, constraints, timelines, and budgets. Prioritize assignments and adhere to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
  • Oversee analyses and relevant documents, including project initiation, requests for proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker opinions of value, ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as leasing, lease administration, project management, facility management, and finance/accounting, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client expectations.
  • Engage with clients to provide market trends, competition insights, transactions updates, and strategic advice, with regular reporting to align with client expectations and manage communication flow.
  • Drive business growth through direct corporate marketing channels and indirect associate/broker channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supervise and collaborate with team members to achieve collective and individual team targets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, reviewing complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and navigate complex situations, requiring expert-level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of applicable industry tenure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
  • Self-motivated individual with execution and client query handling responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using advanced tools in PPT presentations and Excel.
  • Effective coordination skills with various clients, vendors, sites, etc.
  • Strong client handling skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and find suitable solutions.
  • Service-oriented background.
  • Strong networking and teamwork abilities.
