Business Development Professional

We are seeking a driven Business Development Professional to drive business expansion and strategic partnerships across key regions. This role involves expanding our network of schools, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers across the region.
  • Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
  • Represent our organization at conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships.
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers in the education sector and beyond.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Expand business networks and partnerships across the region.
  • Develop strategic collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Increase brand presence and visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (preferably in Business or a related field).
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in education is an asset but not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Understanding of university admissions, counseling services, and student support programs is essential.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingsness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
