We're seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant to lead our Scrum teams and drive business results through effective collaboration, communication, and process improvement.
About the Role- Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities that meet business objectives.
- Identify and address impediments or roadblocks hindering team progress, providing solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and capturing feedback to enhance processes and team performance.
- Utilize strong communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and trust.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks early to mitigate their impact and ensure timely delivery.
- Graduation from any stream with sound knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including FSL, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with expertise in configuration and customization.
- Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM) and experience as Scrum Master, with proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in Jira-like tools and Microsoft applications, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent working knowledge of various project management tools and life cycle methodologies, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
