- Deliver high-quality marketing assets (email designs, banners, ads, digital creatives) that meet brand standards.
- Drive client retention through design excellence, responsiveness, and alignment with client needs.
- Support upsell opportunities by proactively identifying design-related enhancements.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets is essential.
The Design Lead oversees and mentors a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key outcomes include:
