The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in preparing applications for deployment on Windows Operating Systems, employing available setup commands/scripting as well as repackaging and customizing setup applications using tooling such as InstallShield, RayPack, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the right packaging and delivery approach is used, depending on the application.
- Execute the steps of the application packaging process within the SLA limits, including application intake, packaging, technical testing, documentation, deployment, maintenance, and resolving incidents and requests related to packages.
- Liaise with change management, customers, application owners, and vendors where needed.
- Manage and support customer environment built with Windows client operating systems, Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft Defender, SoftwareCentral, and the Microsoft Intune product family.
- Respond to and resolve assigned incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken so that none of them exceed their SLA or cause unforeseen business impact.
- Comply with relevant policies and procedures.
- Discuss any assigned tickets for which you need assistance with senior colleagues or management.
- Escalate to management when a ticket is in risk of breaching SLA.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and tools to enhance the application packaging process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment with the team's objectives and goals.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to stay current with industry developments and advancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other resolver groups, customers, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to existing processes and procedures.
- Identify and report potential risks and issues to management, providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct, promoting a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including other resolver groups, customers, and vendors.
- Represent the organization in a professional manner, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the application packaging services offered by the organization.
- Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application packaging.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and other events to share knowledge, learn from others, and stay updated on industry developments.
- Develop and maintain expertise in various application packaging tools and technologies, staying up-to-date with vendor releases and industry advancements.
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address areas for improvement in the application packaging process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, guides, and procedures to support the application packaging process.
- Provide input to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
- Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement, seeking feedback and guidance from managers, peers, and mentors.
